DZFQ1300 High Speed Slitting Machine

Independent unwind with air shaft hydraulic loading, tension controlled by magnetic powder brake, it can lift roll weight max 3000kg, we can also use shaftless type unwind for more convenient operation. It can fit with 3 inch and 6 inch paper core when it is required. 

Heavy type ultrasonic EPC trace heavy roll  position precisely during high speed running, it can ensure the rewinding roll edge is flat  even when the unwind roll is bad.

Double rewind with double air shaft, double servo motor control the tension separately,  it can rewind max roll diameter 1200mm,  the rewind shaft can be 3 inch or 6 inch and with strong frame to support big weight.

Unloading by chain, press the button to make it pneumatic unloading, first unload lower shaft, then unload up shaft With chain unloading, it is more labor saving and convenient for operation.

Circular blade for paper and thick material slitting, up blade and low blade touch tightly together, the blade can be adjusted freely horizontally according to slitting width.
